privacy policy

Last updated: June 2026

Flow Intuit respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or book a session, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

When you book a session. Bookings are handled through Acuity Scheduling. When you book, you provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, and any health, injury, or movement information you choose to share so we can tailor your sessions. If you pay online, your payment is processed securely by Acuity's payment processor — we do not see or store your full card number.

When you contact us. If you email or call us, we receive the contact details and the contents of your message.

Automatically. Our website is a simple, static site. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not build a profile of you. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your device's IP address as a normal part of delivering those fonts.

How we use your information

How we share your information

We share information only with trusted service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed to provide our services:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Health information

Any health, injury, or medical details you share with us are kept confidential and used only to design and adapt your sessions safely. We do not disclose this information to anyone outside of providing your care, except as required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights and choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell your personal information. To make any request, email us at the address below — we may need to verify your identity first.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information and rely on reputable, professionally secured tools (such as Acuity and Netlify) to store and process it. Our site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we take your privacy seriously and work to protect it.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. Our website and services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
