Science. Intuition. Art.
Private Pilates and barre, expertly tailored to you and brought to your home, from the East Bay to San Francisco.
You’ve followed the programs and put in the effort, and still your body hasn’t met you halfway. It’s easy to read that as a personal failing. It isn’t. In a culture that’s turned movement into a contest of appearance — an ideal shape, a number, a before-and-after — most approaches are built to fix how you look, not to understand how you actually move. That game can’t be won, and it leaves the joy of moving behind.
There’s a better order to it. When you feel your best, you look your best — the way you want to look tends to follow. So Flow Intuit works from a different starting point: a holistic practice designed around your body, built to bring results you can sustain.
That work begins from the ground up. Having navigated injury and illness myself, I know how early imbalances and misalignments — the ones most programs move right past — quietly become the reasons your body won’t do what you ask of it. We find them first, then build the strategies to correct them, so every movement works for you rather than against you. From there, I teach you to recognize what your body is telling you and how to respond — how to activate the right muscles, in the right order, with intention — until it’s a practice you carry well beyond our sessions.
The goal throughout is longevity: feeling vibrant, capable, and at home in your body for years to come.
Trained in the Pilates method at Dalia Mantver’s school — Israel’s foremost program, in cooperation with Wingate, the national institute of sport.
not a template. not a trend. a practice built for your body.
Trained in anatomy and clinical practice, I build from how your body actually functions — so every session earns its place. Never a template.
Over a decade of yoga and martial arts taught me to read a body before it speaks. I notice what you’ve stopped noticing, and adjust before you have to ask.
Each session is sequenced like choreography — precise, beautiful, and unmistakably yours.
A no-pressure 15-minute Zoom to talk through what you’ve tried, what you’re after, and whether we’re the right fit.
An extended first appointment in your home, where I assess, ask, watch how you move, and build the plan for your body.
A practice sequenced for you and adjusted as you change — stronger, more capable, and at home in your body, with habits that hold.
Every session comes to you — at your home, at a time that suits your schedule. No commute, no waitlist, no class to share you with. The equipment, the music, and the practice arrive with me.
Private reformer Pilates, sequenced for your body, your pace, and your goals. Register your interest now to be first in line when it launches.
Choreographed barre work, tailored to your level and built to progress with you.
Focused programs for osteoporosis, spinal conditions, pelvic floor, and post-surgical recovery — so you can move with confidence again.
Strength, mobility, and confidence, supported through pregnancy and well beyond.

If you’ve ever lost confidence in your own body — to injury, to illness, to a program that just didn’t fit — I understand it from the inside. That experience is the reason I work the way I do.
Rocky Steinberg founded Flow Intuit as a natural progression. After years spent exploring a marriage of disciplines — yoga, martial arts, reformer Pilates, barre, functional training, and boxing — she was ready to give back, distilling everything she’d gathered into a practice she could bring directly to her community. She earned her Pilates certification at Dalia Mantver’s school, the foremost Pilates teacher-training program in Israel, run in cooperation with Wingate, the country’s national institute of sport — a lineage rooted in treating each body as a whole person, never a template. Alongside it, she brings hands-on clinical and emergency-care experience that shapes how she works with injury, recovery, and the body’s limits.
She teaches reformer Pilates and barre at several gyms and studios across the East Bay. Through Flow Intuit, she works one-on-one inside clients’ homes, with deep experience in osteoporosis, spinal disorders, pelvic floor recovery, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
